RETURNS:

All return must be returned within 7 days of purchase or date of delivery. Returns Must meet the following requirement or the return will not be accepted:

Item must be Un-used and Un-Worn
Returned in original condition given.
Must come with Original packaging and paper work.

** funds returned will be in original method of payment

** we currently do not offer Mail in Return Services for the moment. All Returns MUST be made in person

EXCHANGES:

We Accept all in store Exchanges within 60 days of Purchase. Item must be in original & UN-worn condition. exchanges must be returned with original packaging and receipt. No Exceptions!

Requirements for Selling Precious Metals:

All precious metal transactions are final. Must be over the age of 18+ or accompanied by an adult. Due to state laws we do not pay cash, All transactions are paid by business check and given on spot. All price quotes are free. We do not purchase Costume and fantasy Jewelry.

We ask that you please be patient as we have changed the way we operate to help better serve you and keep you safe. We ask if you have knowingly been in contact with someone who tested positive with Covid-19 or, if you are experiencing symptoms related to Covid-19 to please refrain from coming in stores. To help protect you and those around you we ask that you please use hand sanitizer before trying on rings, Bracelets, and other jewelry. As usual we do not allow you to try on earrings. All jewelry is sanitized before and after use. We appreciate your help during these difficult times.
